Did you accidentally click on “Disable all”? Check if there are crossed-out entries when viewing something. If there’s a ”Re-enable all” below them, click it.
Make sure that there is only one tag per line in your blacklist unless you want to hide specific tag combinations. Also make sure to use underscores in tags, not spaces.
