tag ear_tag has very few results, so I'm not too sure about this. In any case we probably need a dedicated clothing tag or swing tag or hang tag tag or whatever we want to call them, so we can tell what else is left without a more specific tag under tag.
For name tags, those usually are not hanging pieces but attached to a gym uniform or similar, so they're visually pretty distinct.
