Aliasing hermaphrodite -> futanari.
Reason: Futanari's more widely used, and they seem to indicate the same thing as used here.

A hermaphrodite should have both male and female genitalia, so a "guy with breasts" shouldn't fall under that. I think that would more accurately fall under newhalf or transsexual.
I'm not quite sure I see a point in most of the images tagged hermaphrodite, as they're of Kaine_(nier), but most don't depict her in an appearance that would indicate that she is a hermaphrodite/futanari.
I'm kind of wondering if we couldn't get hermaphrodite to be used for futanari with testicles, as to remove or reduce the need of the no_testicles and testicles tags used with futanari.

Even if you say that, Newhalf has all of four posts in it, while transsexual is empty -- and the vast majority of images in Futanari have no sign of female genitals. Plus, that definition would cause problems for things like, say, futa on female (are we going to have newhalf_on_female?)
It doesn't reflect how they're being used at the moment, and it would take a huge amount of effort to divide them up for, IMHO, questionable benefit -- at the very least, the two are similar enough visually that they should both imply one common parent tag, or one should imply the other. The vast majority of images aren't going to be clearly distinguishable between the two.
A more troubling issue, looking at hermaphrodite, is the fact that it seems like many of images in there are recognizable as hermaphrodites only if you know the character in question. Is that how the tag should be used?
I was merely commenting on the idea that a "guy with breasts" does not equal hermaphrodite, as a hermaphrodite truly has both male and female genitals. I'm well aware of how the futanari tag is currently used, but that also does not rule out that the newhalf or transsexual tags could have use. There are some images where it is a female looking character with actual breasts, but they also show enough of the genitals to make it clear that they only have male genitals. It's not common, but there do exist such cases. A newhalf tag would really only apply to such images.

Most of the images were tagged by a single user, and for no apparent reason other than that Kaine's canonically a hermaphrodite, so she should arbitrarily get the hermaphrodite tag, regardless of whether or not she displays any of the traits of one. It's useless, get rid of it.

This sounds like the best solution to me so far.
