The pen tag seems to have been used to represent the writing tool, but is now an artist tag with an entry in the artists section (with an image that doesn't seem to exist). Is there a method for a non-moderator to fix this? I know the tag category can be changed from the Tags section, but what about the Artists entry? I don't see an option to delete it.
