I don't know if this constitutes some spoiler or not, but it seems like it was just a localization choice on part of NIS America, since the former sounds particularly lispy.

Hmm, I think that's just a particularly odd case of engrish at work, because the Japanese site has "DESCO" on her profile.

I don't think just this one instance is enough to warrent an alias. Her name has always been romanized as DESCO in all languages as far as I've seen so I don't think there will be any tagging related issues. I can also see the possibility of "deathko" being used in the future.
