alias: watermelon_bar -> suika_bar

i know the tag isn't used alot, but i can never remember how to look it up when i need it. when i search for it, i tend to look for watermelon* or *popsicle, but i can't get at the tag that way, and have to go the long way around, searching for other related things and eventually finding it.

watermelon_bar
watermelon_popsicle
is easier for people to look for, i think.

I'd rather go JP -> EN for the alias, you can then use suika_bar for tagging if that's how you remember it.
