Crotch_rope's wiki says the rope must be tied in place, which it isn't in this case.
However, there are some posts where the rope is tied and it's still not bondage.
Like these: post #1298017, post #1341887, post #1129842, etc.
I also can't find any discussion or reason for the implication. I think it should be removed.
Also, do we have a tag for a rope pressed into the crotch like post post #1350382, but not tied? If we don't, I think crotch rope's definition should be changed to include that too. If we do, then that post and some others currently tagged crotch rope should get that instead.
