There are lots of old doujinshi that are parent-with-children posts instead of pools. Maybe we should start a thread for these? Now I have post #196867. I will add more here when I find them.

Oh, and also, posts that are already in pools shouldn't be arranged into parent and children like post #196867,right? I am going to remove children if I find such pools then.

Yes, these should be pools instead of parent-child relationships.
Why do we need a thread about it, though? I just take care of these as I come across them.

There were more posts in that relationship when he posted it - a whole comic. I created a pool for them already.
