When an artist draws their own original characters alongside another artist's original characters, or draws the original characters of two or more different artists, what should it be tagged? Would it be crossover (which I rarely see used for this situation: tends to only be when the original character(s) is in a crossover with official copyrights), or should we have a special tag for it?
borrowed_character crossover should work fine as a query so it seems fine. It's pretty much "artist x's original series crossing over with artist y's" so I can't think of any reason we would have to create a new tag.

I would even leave out the crossover tag unless it's for an established "original" universe (e.g. yuusha to maou)
