Those would be more specifically tagged hand_puppet, and that tag already implicates puppet. Of course even when you do a puppet -hand_puppet search the bulk of the results are still hand puppets, but you can find those of marionettes and finger puppets (which also implicates puppet) as well, and then some that are just things with doll joints or character dolls that have been tagged puppet.
