No to shibari -> bondage. Someone can be tied with rope without actually having their movement impaired, such as shibari_under_clothes. I suggest shibari -> bdsm instead.

It would be kind of nice to have one of them implicate the other, or at least a common tag implicated by both, to make searching easier. tied_up -> bondage would chain-implicate bdsm which is obviously wrong, so I can see the logic in having a bondage -> tied_up implication. Then the current meaning of tied_up would become tied_up -bondage.
