There are currently 29 posts for dracula castlevania and 13 for dracula -castlevania. Considering how much official mythology there is regarding Castlevania's Dracula, I wouldn't really consider him the same character as Bram Stoker's Dracula, so the tag should probably be split.
Also, the wiki page for what_is_a_man? says "Use this tag to identify the Dracula that comes from the Castlevania series. If it's referring to the style in which Dracula holds a wine glass during this scene, use cupping glass instead."
First, we probably shouldn't be using a General tag to identify a character; that's what character tags are for. Second, most of the what_is_a_man? pictures weren't even of Dracula. I went through and changed all of them that were actually cupping_glass to that instead, but there are still a couple left.
