Some of them should be no_eyes too (and also with shaded_face in examples like post #1561627). There are some examples that I don't think fit in the other tags, though. post #1502299 is similar to hidden_face for instance, just with less of the face (just around the eyes) being blocked by the object, so it's an intuitive use. I don't really think hair_over_eyes should be used when it's obscuring the eyes from the side as in post #1544963 and you can't tell it's falling long enough to cover their eyes from the front too.
