Okay, so who created a geta - tengu_geta implication? Aya's shoes are not geta, now we have about 2300 mistagged images T_T

As for when, it occurred over a year ago in topic #8698.

It was at the end proposed that Aya's footwear would require a new tag, though perhaps nothing came of it, but at minimum what she wore was not supposed to be tagged tengu-geta.

I remember the thread but I thought we agreed that we do not create an implication. Can you remove it? I will tag the tengu-geta that are actually geta manually. Still better than 2k mistagged pics.

In the previous thread it was proposed "geta_shoes," but "tengu_shoes" could also work.

One question would be where something like post #1082229 would fit? Is the intention of the tag to encapsulate all geta-styled shoes/boots or is it intend for tengu-geta-styled shoes/boots. I imagine it is the former, rather than the later, but would the naming need to reflect its broader coverage or is that something simply for the wiki to define.

Another note is if there is a need to differentiate in someway between normal geta-styled and tengu-geta-styled ones, at minimum the tengu-style ones will be the more dominate form, potentially drowning out the small number of non-tengu-style ones (honestly the example I used was the only one I noticed that was non-tengu-style).

Why not have both geta_shoes and tengu_shoes? Aya's shoes aren't just geta, the point is that they have only one... er.. bearing? Well, you got me.
