Should rakuga_kitarou and puyo be merged?

Rakuga Kitarou and Puyo are the same person. Just noticed that the former's not often used pixiv account has some of the same art and also has Puyo's twitter as the twitter personal link. In cases like this is a merge required or do they remain separate?

If they're the same, maybe the latter should be aliased to the former, since that seems like their real name. Or, aliasing them both to rakuga_kitarou_(puyo) might be a better idea.
