There is one problem going on... Alot of my upload pictures where deleted due they are not approved by the mods...
I just wonder how many Mods are there... in here...?

There are about 30 people capable of approving posts. You can use the user search form at http://danbooru.donmai.us/user to see the exact list.
The reason your posts weren't approved isn't because the mods didn't see them; it's because none of the mods thought they were good/interesting enough. Simple as that.
It happens. The deleted pictures of yours still hosted aren't crap, but mods tend to get tired of h-cg. post #389850 was decent. There's an appeals thread (forum #12247), but don't push your luck and do not nominate very many of your own.
