Reason: "Julianne" may be her name, but no one ever calls her that (it's explained in-game very early).

I think Danbooru precedent is to tag characters by their full name regardless of how rarely they're actually referred to by it. See edward wong hau pepelu tivrusky iv, jeremiah gottwald, kasuga ayumu, etc. But there are some exceptions, balalaika (black lagoon) has a name (Sofiya Pavlovena) we don't use.

That aside, why the copyright qualifier rather than jill stingray? She doesn't like the name Julianne but she's still got a surname.

She's only referred to as "Jill" but I guess Jill Stingray is ok.

Sounds fine to me too then.

If this alias isn't done, it should be done in the other direction, because people are likely to search for jill_stingray first.
