I've only created aliases for tags where one of the two between bottom and top had at least 50 posts. The rest can be moved manually.

I've found one or two cases where there's only the bottom or top tag but those are already mistags. It's kinda hard to search for those though since wildcard searches & exclusion don't catch all cases due to how the site works.

Either going through the mismatched bikini tag (combined with bottom/top tag if more precision is wanted and if people remember to tag it) or bikini bikini_top/bikini bikini_bottom search should catch most if not all misstags as the result of the above BURs.

Yeah, tracking down all the ridiculous mistags like post #3216423 would be a lot easier if the specific top and bottom tags already implicated bikini_top and bikini_bottom, but they don't, so finding all of them requires loads of different tag search combinations.

A bikini_top bikini_bottom -mismatched_bikini already turns up a few hundred posts of interest already, and it will probably get a lot bigger after these bulk updates go through. Finding the mistagged posts will still be tedious but it'll probably be easier than it is now.

Reason: I'm going to split this up and nuke the color tags before implying bikini top / bikini bottom to bikini. There's still some gardening that needs to be done with bikini bikini_top. Basically bikini top shouldn't be used for ordinary situations where the bikini bottoms are visible.

Clarification request: do we still tag bikini_top and bikini_bottom when the top and bottom pieces don't match? Or are we only supposed to use these tags when either the top or bottom alone is being worn?

I ask because in the wake of these updates, there are quite a lot of posts that formerly had the colored top/bottom tags but are now tagged bikini_top bikini_bottom mismatched_bikini. The wording of the wikis appears to permit this usage.

Alright then. I've been adding mismatched_bikini to posts like these but leaving bikini_top and bikini_bottom in place since it didn't appear that there was any justification for removing them. I guess I'll update the wikis to state that neither of these two tags applies when a character is wearing a bikini top and bottom, whether they match or not.
