Sign ups opened; added note search

You can now register for an account.

This basic account will let you do everything except upload posts and view unsafe posts.

In order to get a privileged account, you must be invited by an existing privileged user. All the rules are explained on the sign up page.

As a result of this new account type, you need to be logged in to post a comment/edit the wiki/create a note/etc. This will hopefully cut down on the spam.

Also, I've implemented note search.

All this is still very new so there are bound to be bugs lurking in the code.

Nice, you got that intermediate account thing going pretty quickly. Lets people do a little more AND forces people to reg to comment and such.
