Tag Alias: wind -> windy

Aliasing wind -> windy.

Reason: Both seem to be used for any images that show signs of wind, but windy seems the more practical tag to use, despite wind being used more than ten times as often.

If the other way around is preferred, that's fine too.

I prefer wind to go along with other scenery noun tags, ocean, clouds, etc.
