public_reward tag?

How useful would a public_reward tag be to differentiate between uploads that are paid rewards and aren't allowed vs. uploads that are public/free and are allowed under the current rules?

Or free_reward?

Seems unnecessarily meta. If it's public, it's no different from a Pixiv or Twitter upload.
