Utility aliases, plus self fisting being the odd one out.
To be honest I'm not sure if we should reverse these. I'm just going to propose both for voting.

There's also a few more like self breast sucking that have 3+ words and can't be really renamed to auto* without sounding stupid.

True, fixed. There's several existing tags that need fixing though in that case.
It seems you fixed only the second BUR and not the first one.
Fixed that one too.
'Self' seems to be more clear on the idea than 'auto'. I prefer 'self' without hyphen to keep consistency with other tags like self fondle, self hug, etc.
I don't get why we should use either auto- or self- for everything.
Autofellatio sounds more natural than self-fellatio, and self-penetration more natural than autopenetration
