hand_biting and biting_hand tag merge

hand_biting and biting_hand appear to be the same exact phenomena. I suggest biting_hand to be replaced by hand_biting, to fit with the present tagging theme of [noun]_biting.

This should be separated into biting own hand and biting another's hand.
