Tag rename: (ry -> ryaku

rename (ry -> ryaku

As in topic #20773, this is getting rid of tags that start with a "(" character. I don't know if there's a better name for this.

Given how it's written out as (ry in a lot of those posts (post #1485233, post #1800014, post #2820294) would users still be able to actually recognize and find the tag after it's renamed?

I don't know, but it needs to be changed to something, and it can't be aliased because aliases can't start with a "(" either.

It might be worth considering simply nuking the tag. While it is something visual in the text, the type of information it reflects might be better suited for something like a wiki of Japanese terms instead of a dedicated tag covering all posts the term appears in.

I've gone ahead with a rename for now. If we want to nuke it we can do so later.
