Tagging bottomless

While looking through the tag, i have found a lot of fringe cases not covered in the wiki. Mainly naked_jacket posts such as post #5238491 or post #5236494, where they're technically wearing a top, but most of their upper body is exposed. Also, is wearing pasties such as post #5239435 enough to warrant the tag?
Before changing the wiki and gardening a little, i wanted to hear the opinion of others.

My personal viewpoint:
For naked jacket - if they're wearing it properly around the torso then sure that fits with bottomless. If it's hanging loosely halfway down the arms and not over the torso at all then I'd say no.
For pasties I'm pretty sure they shouldn't count by themselves. The post you linked to has more than just the pasties though.
