Another exciting gender question (Golden Kamuy)

This one will be short, I promise. I didn't want to derail the other topic with my own pet issue.

Okay, so Ienaga Kano was originally male, now presents as female, and yes, I know the question of "how do we tag trans characters" is already being discussed in topic #21120. However, in canon, her entire thing is that she changes parts of her body to achieve her ideal form (e.g. in the manga, we see her exchanging her previously deep voice for a higher one). I think it's pretty likely that she's not physically male anymore, and I don't think we need to tag pics like post #4191095 1boy on the grounds that she miiiight still have a dick.

With this in mind, I'd like to go through and change the tags for Ienaga's posts. Does anyone mind?

I think there was a similar discussion on BlazBlue's Mai Natsume (topic #11614).

Normally magical/fantasy/etc genderswaps aren't too complicated, but it looks like there are also illustrations of Kano with a male body (especially post #4235197), so we would have to take that into account.

Some posts still look male. post #4235242 for example has a facial structure that reminds me of a male rather than a female. For me it just looks like a male with some lipstick.

I guess it makes sense to leave those alone. How about just retagging the non-shirtless ones?

Please, please, please don't let's start analyzing facial structure for sex/gender, I beg you. That has some ugly real-world parallel routes we don't need to go down.

...I didn't mean like that. Just saying in some pictures the character still look somewhat male. Personally I wouldn't say it's the case of post #4191095 that you exemplified, so I don't mind changing to 1girl there.

1other is for androgynous/non-binary.

1other is for when you can't tell, not for when you can tell but don't want to tag it that way.

Anime only watcher here, I don't know why any of these are tagged 1girl since I never got the impression the character IDs as one and is just crossdressing, but I've been tagging based solely on physical appearance for now. For the record an admin called the character a 1other forum #238403.

The only time this character's name has come up in the discord is someone making a Stiens;Gate joke, there was no discussion on policy.
