official_alternate_costume worn by others

i.e. If someone other than Mash wears Dangerous Beast, is it still official alternate costume? I had assumed not, and had been removing OAC from posts when I realized I wasn't sure.

Official Alternate Costume wiki:

• Only use this for costumes the character has worn themselves, and not other character(s) in the same series.
• If a character has not worn it, use alternate costume or cosplay instead as applicable.

Had the same question awhile ago, cause someone was tagging it on Arknights cosplays of skins, luckily the wiki already covers it.

I don't think it should be official alternate costume in that case.
