alias cat_tongue -> barbed_tongue

create alias cat_tongue -> barbed_tongue
create alias spiked_tongue -> barbed_tongue

Plus an utility alias

I was searching this just now and saw the link to this thread. barbed_tongue is exactly what I first tried, and what seemed most likely, so the proposed change makes sense to me.
