I have trouble determining wether these are references to Mitasarenai Pale Color or Kuuhaku no Canvas ni Egaku Watashi wa cause they seem to be shared elements (namely the paint splatter and serafuku).

the rest I can't be too certain, though they don't seem associated with any event to me.
Best way to tell which is which is probably the time they uploaded, since anything before March 20, 2022 would just be Pale color and anything after would be a toss-up.
Though I do wonder if it is best to go based on paint splatter since Ena is an artist(painter) in the game so it would depict her struggles as the story progressed.
If we were to associate it with an event, I think Pale Color would be the closest I would think of since the banner art shows her covered in paint.
I don’t mind if we leave the paint splatter ones since they are fairly ambiguous, what bothers me more is the serafuku Ena, which is her middle school persona. Where exactly did it debut? Is it associated with any particular event or independent enough to not get any event tags?

Oh now i remember the outfit, it first appeared in Mitasarenai Pale color I believe and made another appearance in the Kuuhaku no Canvas ni Egaku Watshi wa (from a quick glimpse of the youtube uploads of the story) though I don't think it's associated with any event, just her younger form.
I haven't caught up too much on the latest of the N25 story since I haven't read the JP ver. just yet.

I think so, date seems to match up ok and the gun she is holding looks very similar to the card so i would say so.
Does anyone know if the gym uniform in post #5791573 is a one-time event exclusive thing or a returning element? I'm not sure if these should get the event tag or not.

the posts with emu, mafuyu and honami are from the miya girl's sports festival event and so far it has only appeared for that event with it being for the miya girls gym uniform.
post #5831205, and post #5611548 looks like hakunetsu!_kamikou_ouendan!_(project_sekai) as they seem to wear the kamiyama school's gym uniform. (looks very much like it from this card's untrained pic)
