What should be the relationship between the name inseki and something more descriptive like non-blood related incest? Or even incest (non-blood related). I figure not everyone will recognize inseki because it seems exclusive to a handful of hentai databases.

Yeah having a readable tag and aliasing inseki to it seems quite reasonable

I fully disagree. Just because not everyone will recognize it doesn't mean inseki isn't already an established term. We shouldn't be so quick to replace a perfectly good, pre-existing name with some unwieldy mess of one. Inseki should stick as the main tag, and be given utility aliases if needed.
