Brumby is a word that refers to wild, untamed horse. There is no significant visual way to differ tamed, and untamed free-ranging ones, except the presence of harness, saddle or other ornaments on it. Its owner might let it roam freely.

Danbooru is weird in the fact that it has decades of loaded weeb culture behind it. many of those words were actually the default a long time ago (forum #190458). It's going to be really hard to extrapolate arguments from the status quo when most of the stuff is just there as a vestige of some bullshit years ago
