Tag Suggestion: tan designs

We already have tanline for wherever the clothing had been while being baked, but what about tan designs, like in post #314497? Would tanline_design or tanline_tattoo be good for this?

tanline_tattoo sounds like a decent name for it, but I'd like to see what others thing. I'd say to go ahead and use it for now though, we can always alias to something else later.

I've seen them referred to as "sun tattoos".
