create alias shoes_on_hands -> holding_shoes
I gardened the tag before where many images fit more into holding_shoes, but it would serve better as an alias.
I moved the previous images to hands_in_shoes as it is more accurate.
post #3675704 is a mistag and should be removed by a mod or builder beforehand.
post #5583380 will be moved over automatically as it still fits when aliased
