Uchiwa tagging

The latter are Chinese tuánshàn (Wikipedia/Baidu Baike). I support separating them as there's a clear difference.

A minor concern, I tried to do some research and according to the images used in the articles, it seems like tuanshan can refer to both the round ones and the semi-round that later inspired uchiwa (that’s why I added 团扇 in uchiwa’s other names), tho I'm no expert on this and I couldn’t find any explanation of it. Might be worth specifying that for tagging purposes tuanshan is solely for the round ones. There’re also problems with how we tag hanfu, we’re really in need of more chinese clothing expert on the site like we do with japanese clothing.
