about the crotch tag

BUR #15265 has been rejected.

create alias crotch -> crotch_focus

I have seen topic #19131 , in which the alias request was unfortunately autorejected, so there's what had been said in it, but also the fact that the crotch tag currently is very prone to mistags because of its name. I myself had no idea it would have this use before taking a look at the wiki, So i think it does need to be renamed as such.
Of course it would also need a big cleanup
