I don't think anyone would be confused, we enforce romanization rules here every day. Besides, everyone's just going to use the pixiv link and see the completely different 'moudoku' anyway.

He doesn't use 11 anywhere outside the home page, which has no update for over a year. More importantly, Moudoku is what he goes by in everywhere else.
I'd also want to use deco, not because that's how he romanized 凸, but I'm simply taking part of his home page URL as qualifier.
Unless the argument is that we want use the site name '凸-pon 3rd' and not URL, in which case the qualifier should really be _(deko-pon_3rd) instead of _(dekopon3rd). And that's unncessary clunky IMO.
