Various artillery tags implication

BUR #15451 has been rejected.

Well, there is a tag called artillery which seems to be used for any assortment of long-ranged weapons that can be used beyond personal weapon's range. However, the tag is seldom used, and is mostly tagged in place or alongsides cannon in many shipgirl posts. So, I think this tag should be implied with other artillery types for better catagorization.

I didn't include cannon and rocket launcher in the request as of yet, since the tag "cannon" is currently used for any type of big guns that may not fit the definition of artillery (such as those mounted on a tank) or a rocket launcher carried by a person.

Okay, it should have been an implication instead.

I only agree with the mortar (weapon) one. According to Simple English Wikipedia, it is a type of artillery. As well as self-propelled artillery. Any other arguments?

Meanwhile missile should've been exclusive to rocket-like warhead that has its own propulsion and guidance system. Once again, in order to prevent common misconception. I'd like to hear more opinions from more-expert users.Feel free to message me.
