Deprecate weapon_removed

Entire posts containing this tag shows weapons (mostly guns) not being held or carried by the character. I think this tag is redundant. Because weapons aren't meant to be worn like clothing article or carried for fashion (unlike bag removed). For the similar reason we don't have book removed or such.

Name is bad at the least but agreed on redundant. Should only apply to things like tanks and buildings that can have their turret removed, for example

Added a nuke to the request. Most of the 50ish posts under this were of guns not being held, but it seems like the kind of tag that only exists because other tags with similar naming exist.

If we really want a tag for guns lying around not being held nor being in a holster (but why?), it should have a different name.
