R-Type fighter aliases

BUR #15774 has been approved by @evazion.

create alias arrowhead_(r-type) -> r-9a_arrowhead
create alias cerberus_(r-type) -> r-13a_cerberus
create alias last_dancer_(r-type) -> r-99_last_dancer
create alias ragnarok_(r-type) -> r-90_ragnarok

Most of the spacecraft from R-Type are tagged with their model number followed by code name. These are the exceptions I found.

Edit: added Ragnarok

Not sure how to make the new tags into chartags. Help appreciated.

Aliases already preserve the category.
