Shugo Chara! Iru/Il and Eru/El

BUR #16346 has been rejected.

create alias el_(shugo_chara!) -> eru_(shugo_chara!)
create alias il_(shugo_chara!) -> iru_(shugo_chara!)

Same name. It's just the "L" and "Ru" differences typical when converting Japanese into romaji.

The reason I put Eru/Iru is because I don't believe El/Il are official by any means and most websites online use the former.

Reversed ver.

Both Wikipedia and the fanwiki use El and Il, so I'm gonna stick with that for now, unless someone has some source that disproves it.
