remove implication partially_opaque_glasses -> opaque_glasses

Putting these tags in line with the rest of our eyewear tags (e.g. sunglasses removed -> eyewear removed)
You also need to remove partially opaque glasses's implication to opaque glasses.

That's because *wear tags are terrible. Goggles look nothing like (sun)glasses.
*_neckwear had a similar problem with chokers and scarves.

Well I see no problem grouping goggles in tinted eyewear, it describes lenses color, something they all have in common. They’re not big tags anyway, giving goggls another tag is a bit excessive. And if goggles aren’t eyewears, what are they? Headwears?
Goggles are significantly different from what was supposed to be under the eyewear tags. You don't put them on like glasses or adjust them or put one end into your mouth when tying your hair, they usually circle around your head and are fixed in place. Most of the times they're drawn completely differently from glasses and sunglasses.
The *wear tags were meant to group together items that look almost the same and are used in the same context, to reduce tag fragmentation. Sunglasses and glasses, for example, differ only in whether the lenses are black, so the reasoning was that there was no point in having sunglasses on head and glasses on head when one could just search for glasses eyewear on head. One tag instead of two for an equal search capability.
Of course, we now know that such line of thought was pathetically naïve (hindsight is always 20/20), and what ended up happening instead was that people started only tagging eyewear on head and didn't tag glasses or sunglasses, either because of laziness or forgetfulness, so now we have thousands of posts that are impossible to properly filter down. eyewear_on_head -sunglasses -glasses -goggles for example has 5.4k results, and none of those posts will show up for someone searching for glasses or sunglasses. It's ridiculous that we'd accept thousands of posts missing like that from popular tags.
I'd prefer we throw away the eyewear and footwear tags too honestly, for the same reason neckwear/legwear were thrown into the trash.
I can see why we would keep tinted eyewear because it's hard to tell whether something is glasses or sunglasses if they have an orange tint, but adding more to it just makes more base items harder to search for no benefit.
