Wiki for undone necktie says "Subgroup of untied."

I didn't even realise we had an untied tag. I'd much prefer to be rid of it; there is less than no point to having a tag for "anything untied". I've made a BUR for that, which can be discussed in forum #242771.

The bulk update request #17152 (forum #242746) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
