These tags seem to refer to the same thing, though at the time of writing neither have a wiki. For belt bracelet, as a piece of fashion, that name is more illustrative of its purpose: a belt worn as a bracelet, akin to other specific bracelet tags. Wrist belt is then aliased to combine the two tags and serve as a utility alias.

An alternative option. This falls in line with the other [body region]_belt tags and uses belt bracelet as an alias. Using wrist belt as a main name is a little more flexible, though it's also a more literal name.
