Second chance in new account

I understand that they banned my account, but can't I have another one? I don't want to vandalize anything, I only like the site and it helps me keep an archive of the images that I use in my work, I will make a serious effort, I have been banned from multi-accounts, but can't I have another one? just one? If you want to favorite things, I hear you can create a favgroup if you're banned. Should be functionally identical.
