BUR #19798 has been approved by @evazion.
create implication sample_watermark -> watermark
Previous topics: topic #22053 and topic #20734
Those BURs were not accepted because the sample watermark tag was formerly named sample and was used for non-watermark posts. I've cleaned them up 5 months ago and did a second pass to be sure. I can't see banned posts, so an approver+ user needs to go through sample_watermark status:banned.
BUR #19799 has been rejected.

This was in the same BUR as forum #207950 and is worth revisiting.

I think the tag name is bad and these shouldn't be tagged watermark.
