How to create a artist tag

I want to upload some artwork from a artist whose works have not been archived here yet. But I don't know how to do that.

when you tag the upload have a tag that's exactly artist:<artist name>

it'll make one. and once it's uploaded the site will prompt you to make an artist library page for them which is recommended

Right on the upload page you should be able to click on the source tab and be prompted to create artist.

Input all relevant links and their name should appear on the main upload page.
