Prunechi

Prunechi should be revised and renamed. I remember creating it, right after I thought I found out the character's name, but can't recall how I came up with it. After recently seeing many art with the character's name, it's think it's time to correct it, but kinda unsure which name or copyright tag to use.

In Korean her name is 빘치 as seen on post #5865672, post #6670094, post #6811199 and post #6811331. Some help with romanization could be enough. However, in English, her name seems to be "Bittch" as in post #6752656. This last one by Retri is similar to other commissioned works which have the character's name on them. Moreover, both names are also the username of the commissioner as seen on the Kakao URL in their profile and discussed in forum #248744.

Another thing is the copyright tag. I don't really know much about the game, but afaik "Prunechi" is a custom character of the Lyn race from Blade & Soul. Should those tags also be added? Or should "prunechi" be kept as an original character? Some early art under prunechi has BnS and Lyn's tag, and some in Pixiv have a BnS tag but not a Lyn tag. Searching for "린검사" or "Lyn" on that site yield no results of "prunechi", but those under "린녀" resemble her.

The situation brings to mind how on the wiki for warrior of light (ff14) there is a big list of OCs that started as FF14 custom characters. For some, like ascari_megane_(aurahack), artwork that actually relates to the game (except for racial features) is a distinct minority. There's no clear pattern to when Ascari is tagged with miqo'te or other FF14 tags and when she isn't.

If we drew a distinction when to tag and when to not tag ascended FF14 OCs with their game of origin and related tags, I'd say that in principle Prunechi(?) should be treated the same way.

I was going to say it was irrelevant in Prunechi's case because she doesn't actually resemble a Lyn, but it seems like you can in fact make ones with relatively small ears. Regardless a fair bit of her art still doesn't look much like a Lyn, on account of body type. Lyn are always childlike to some degree.

That's also what I thought at first. In fact, it seems many of Prunechi's features aren't unique. The same ears are in lyn_(blade_&_soul) cat_ears and this custom character is very similar. As for the body type, I agree. There are posts like post #3339116, but most of them are childlike or "loli".

Mmm, based on the wiki for warrior of light (ff14), Prunechi's posts should also be tagged with Lyn and blade & soul then, since her design uses game assets and can be replicated to some degree, and more so if she is depicted with a childlike body. There's also some posts on Pixiv, with similar OCs, using the tags listed under Lyn's wiki (specially 剑灵 and 블소), meaning her design doesn't divert too much from the original.
