create alias arm_around_another's_arm -> locked_arms
this alias basically describes the locked arms wiki. I feel like locked arms also tends to look compositionally similar to tags such as arm around shoulder & arm around waist, so I think it's likely someone would think "arm around (another's) arm" before "arm lock" or some of the other alias' locked arms currently has. at least I thought as such just now
