Well, since there's only 12 pages of Lightning, i'll manually add the tags.

I almost feel as if we should use and reserve lightning for static discharges from the sky, and use electricity for electrical arcs from characters (à la Pikachu or Misaka Mikoto) or from faulty devices such as a failing transformer.

I'd say the environmental phenomenon, while technically the same effect, is distinct enough to warrant it's own tag.

I'm with Shinji. I think they should be used to tag distinct concepts, otherwise they might as well be merged.
