create implication classic_lolita -> lolita_fashion
I started gardening a classic lolita tag because I noticed we didn't have one despite it being one of the largest styles. It's lolita fashion, so obviously it should imply lolita fashion.
I've thought of making a classic lolita tag but I worried that it would overlap with the Victorian tag too much. Actually I always assumed that Suiseiseki posts would be tagged with victorian but I guess she is typically just tagged with the main lolita fashion tag. Personal oversight I guess.

Personally I don't think the overlap is big enough to be an issue, there's a lot of Victorian fashion that is very clearly not Lolita haha
